Kimmy obtained the Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accountancy from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2005. She is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is also a Practising Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong.
With an extensive career spanning over 17 years, Kimmy has worked for both a Big Four International accounting firm and an international accounting firm. Throughout her professional journey, she has gained valuable expertise in various areas such as accounting, auditing, taxation, audit training, and technical aspects of the field. Kimmy has conducted audits for a wide range of clients, including listed entities, stated owned enterprises, and multinational corporations. She has also been actively handling the reporting of major transactions of clients such as Very Substantial Acquisition Transactions, Very Substantial Disposal Transactions, Bonds Issues, Right Issues, and even Reverse Take Over Transactions. Her clientele represents diverse industries, including but not limited to property development and investment, construction, manufacturing, retail, catering, and logistics.
