Andrew has over 30 years of experience in auditing, taxation, financial reporting, company secretarial and equity and debt financing for companies in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific. Before joining our firm, he has been in positions as executive director, group CFO and company secretary with a listed company in the HKEX and US NASDAQ, Asia Pacific CFO of a US telecom service provider listed in the NYSE, a Japan industrial conglomerate listed in the TSE, a private investment group in online businesses, and a fund administrator with a private equity fund. Andrew received his professional training in Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers).
Andrew is a fellow member and a practicing Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales in the United Kingdom. He holds Master of Finance and Master of Science in Electronic Commerce and Internet Computing from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Nottingham.
